As a broadband PDH multiplexer, FOM8E1 offers 155M optical interface as STM-1 load with various services. It supports eight standard 2M interfaces in both BNC form and RJ45 form, as well as external alarm interface, 10/100Base_T Ethernet interface and V.35 interface, which can be cross-connected to E1, etc. Though multiple interfaces are provided, almost all the ports are arranged onto rear panel to make it much easier for cable wiring and maintenance. The compact design also gives much room for easy-to-use LCD and keypad.
